My entrepreneurship story

The most notable entrepreneurship story I can think of is when I invested in my first income producing property. This venture started when I graduated high school. I had enough money saved up to put a down payment on a duplex in Tampa Florida. Overall, the tenants were trustworthy and always paid me my rent on time and didn't bother me at all. Nonetheless, it was very rewarding experience.

I enrolled in this class because I consider myself an entrepreneur and hope that I can use this class to leverage my knowledge into future business ventures.
